Friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and had most of what you need to enjoy your stay. I enjoyed the court yard atmosphere, which enabled you to be outside safely. Breakfast was very good. Two recommendations: Add a small table to the bathroom for some counter space. Also a nightlight in the bathroom. Would definitely return

This place is outstanding. The room is so very clean. The staff is so very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast they have in the morning is very good. This place is a five star in my opinion, and I will be staying there again when I return to New Orleans. I was there for a Saint's Football game. I do come to New Orleans often to board cruise ships. This place is perfect for those in town early for a cruise and is close by the cruise terminal. Perfect for families.

The room was filthy and falling apart. Seemed like it had not been cleaned surfaces were sticky and nasty. The restroom had red smudges on the door and wall. The fridge was so loud it woke us up several times. The staff was noce but not very helpful.
