This is a great property. The location is near good restaurants and is in walking distance of trolley and bus stops. The breakfast was excellent and fresh, and the common areas outside are inviting and comfortable. Sierra and Ken were very helpful at the front desk. The room was a 2 bed 1 sofa bed suite and the room that was advertised and booked online didn't appear to be the same room that we received, the bathtub had rust, the cabinets are old and crooked, one side of the room had no lighting, no mirrors besides the small bathroom mirror, the valet workers left to get lunch all at the same time leaving guests waiting on them to come back to get their vehicles.

I enjoyed my stay at Sonesta. On my first night, the shower head in my room was broken, which made it difficult to shower. The next day, I asked the front desk if I could switch rooms, and Charen (apologies if I’m spelling the name incorrectly) quickly arranged a new one for me. I had two wonderful nights in that room. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The staff members were consistently courteous and kind. If there is one aspect that truly makes this place stand out, it is the people who keep it running. I also appreciated the citrus water and popcorn in the lobby at night—it created a welcoming, home-like feeling. My colleagues who stayed at Marriott and Hyatt felt their experiences were mediocre, so I’m glad I chose Sonesta. Thank you!

The breakfast was by far the worst I’ve ever seen anywhere. I took one bite of the eggs and they were inedible. The meat was grey both days (tried two kinds). Even the muffin I took was inedible. The hotel decor looks like it’s from the 70s. The pool was too cold. The kitchen was terrific and the room was spotless.
