This restored 1906 historic home is located in the Lower Garden District—one of New Orleans’ most scenic and desirable neighborhoods. It blends classic New Orleans architecture with modern comfort, featuring a full renovation completed in 2019 with updated finishes, modern furnishings, and curated local art.

The home features 14-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and abundant natural light in a quiet residential setting.

This unit is one of four private residences within the building, each with its own entrance.

The space includes a full kitchen with modern appliances, a comfortable living area, fast WiFi, and smart TVs for entertainment and convenience. Each stay is professionally cleaned with fresh linens and toiletries provided.

Guests also have access to a backyard deck with seating, providing additional outdoor space.

Guests are within walking distance of Magazine Street dining, coffee shops, boutiques, and cocktail bars, as well as nearby attractions including the World War II Museum, Lafayette Cemetery, and Commander’s Palace.

The French Quarter, Audubon Park, and downtown New Orleans are just a short ride away via the nearby St. Charles Avenue streetcar, located one block from the home.

Transportation is easy with ride-share services, taxis, Blue Bike stations, and free street parking available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis.

We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting New Orleans. The place was very nice, clean, and well cared for, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time from the moment we arrived.The location was one of the best parts of the stay. The Lower Garden District is a wonderful area, and this property is close to great restaurants and within a short walk to the National WWII Museum, which was a huge plus for us. It made getting around easy and allowed us to enjoy a lot of the city without needing to worry much about transportation.We really appreciated having a comfortable place to come back to after spending the day exploring New Orleans. The property felt welcoming, was very clean, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable visit.Overall, this was an excellent place to stay in NOLA. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, and location made it a great choice. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located place in New Orleans.

First experience of a Host waiting until exact moment of check-in time to give door code. I thought I had overlooked the information somewhere. Caused anxiety. Cookware was rather skimpy, only 3 teaspoons provided 3 knives were missing, one bowl missing. Mattress seemed to be made of sponge material - we tended to both roll to center during the night, and slide off the edges when trying to sit on it. We did not have real good nights of sleep. There was no safety bar in the shower.

Apartment was very clean and everything needed such as a Mr. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all kitchen eating and cooking necessities were all available.Location was perfect for the St. Charles Trolley, and the WW2 Museum was a 5-10 minute walk. The nearest Hop On Hop Off Bus Stop was located at the Museum, so it was very convenient for touring. Parking on the street was also very convenient and safe.Overall, it was an outstanding experience. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was cleaned and well stocked. Bailey was only a text away with any information. My family not only cooked in house but we also were able to walk to a few restaurants. The St. Charles trolly is one strees over and can transport you towards the french quater. We had a great time!

Perfect place to explore NOLA

We stayed for 4 days and found this was the perfect place to explore NOLA and especially the Garden District area. It is very close proximity to all the best places in the city. The unit was clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were responsive and quick to assist when we had to extend our stay longer. Overall great stay!

The place was clean and just as it appears online... no issues. Also, it is VERY convenient to Tram (green) only 5 min. walk that takes you to Canal St. It has street parking right in front of the place with no issues. Only a small issue with the place, very low water pressure in the shower and noise from unit upstairs. Else very good place and I would stay there again.

Great location

Great location. We were able to park on the street right by the house and leave the car for the entire stay. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and very easy to hop on the trolley and head towards the French Quarter one way and the Garden District the other. The property was very well maintained. Our only issue was the very low water pressure, but you get that in cities. Overall a terrific place!

Super Location

Pleasant, comfortable, tastefully appointed environment. Close to public transportation and also easy to park. Close to eateries, but not to groceries. Adequately equipped kitchen, but not great if you want to do a lot of cooking. Bailey was accessible and responsive to my questions ahead of time and very helpful, but didn’t give me the code before I arrived. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place.

Great appartment! Beautiful rooms, clean. In quiet area that felt safe.

Great situated - 30 min walk from French Quarter (we loved the walk!), and Street Cars from St George Ave a small block away. Day-Ticket with Street Car only $3. Beautiful apartment, looks newly renovated, clean and without any clutter. Has any kitchen-wear needed, fridge with freezer, washer and dryer. One bedroom was without windows so a bit dark, the other light and big. Great beds. Appartment had nice bed sheets and towels. If anything, the only drawback was that we didn’t find a grocery store near the appartment, but I suppose the host would have hjelped us with that had we asked. Places to eat very close by. The host was great, answered any written questions about instantly. I will for sure stay here again if I return, something I hope to do.

Good bang for the buck

The location was ideal and the host was super responsive to some family needs. Good coffee shop nearby for an easy morning walk and of course the streetcar access was perfect which took us to all the spots we wanted to go.

A perfect stay

The place was absolutely charming and extremely clean. We mostly walked to the French Quarter and other sights as it was an easy, safe walk of about 30 minutes. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
