Hotel is very accommodating to its patrons. We had a noise issue the first night and the staff handled our request to switch rooms immediately. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice place to stay and visit the area. They were able to give us a room prior to our booking as we arrived a day early. Restaurant and shops were right on the property and visited other places that we could drive to. We didn't receive a welcome gift and the staff removed the cookies to early. We did enjoy our stay and look forward to visiting again. We did enjoy touring the area and getting a better understanding the Amish way of life.

My only complaint would be that things like the ice machine were not located on the flour I was staying on. So I had to go to another flour and search to find ice. Also there are no vending machines to purchase things like a soda.

Comfortable and relaxing

The area was very comfortable. Swimming pool and whirlpool inside. Kitchen area for breakfast was very spacious and the breakfast was very good with hot and cold options. A lounge area was nearby the eating area for seating to chat, play games, etc. Puzzles were nearby for guest to put together if they’d like.

Absolutely best hotel in the area. Front Desk goes above and beyond, rooms are spotless, roomy, and comfortable beds. Coffee/tea 24x7 and breakfast is far better than most hotels offer. Would highly recommend.

This was our second visit, and we were just as happy! Love the property and enjoyed the theater both visits. Staff is friendly, room was clean and all the amenities -exercise room, pool, library, social held in the evening and breakfast too. Shopping is also a great opportunity to find special and unique items. Lovely property.
