We loved our stay at Dream! The location is excellent, right across from Chelsea market and walking Distance to the High line, little island, pier 57. The rooms are spacious and clean. One critique would be that the pool Is only accessible from 8:30-10:30am for those under 21. This should be advertised more since we specifically booked this hotel because of the pool for my teenage daughter’s birthday. We had a great stay but would have loved a heads up about this restriction. The staff were lovely though and wed Def return.

Good location but that’s it.

Good location but overall not worth the price. Rooms are in bad conditon, the musical from the night club will go through the walls, the are under staffed. I will not stay here again unfortunately.

lovely decor but a lot of little details were absent (e.g., nowhere to hang towels in bathroom, room lights hard to manage, lack of available outlets for our chargers, only one caffeinated coffee pod available each morning despite there being two guests, etc.). Also, the $50 per night facility fee was an unwelcome surprise at checkout.

I came in at 11:00, checked in and asked for hypoallergenic beddings. Came back to the hotel at 1:30. They asked me to wait for 30 minutes that turned to two and a half hours. If the manager didn’t step in it would have taken even longer than 4:00 for me to get checked in

The hotel has 2 nightclubs in it, getting in the door at night felt uncomfortable and unsafe with hoards of people outside. Then those loitering in reception were drunken messes, you even feel accosted getting in the elevator. The room felt cheap at best, outdated, dirty (leftover tissues and wipes in the bin from previous guest) and everything was falling apart, dirty or not working. It’s run down, tacky and not a 4* hotel for sure. NOT family friendly, please for gods sake don’t stay in this place lace with your kids! I was there for business and won’t be booking again - it was a mistake.

Disappointed with our recent stay. We called weeks ahead to confirm early arrival for our group of 4 women and booked a large suite with a balcony and pull-out sofa. When we arrived at 10 AM, the front desk told us to wait for a text when our room was ready. After walking around for hours, I returned at 4 PM only to be told our room wasn’t available because a guest had extended their stay. We also found out the morning staff never actually checked us in, so we had waited all day for nothing. We were eventually given two small rooms with no balconies — not what we reserved. One fridge had leftover Thai food from the previous guests, and I was later charged over $200 in bar fees, possibly from a prior stay. The pool was dirty with trash and used cups everywhere. Curtains had stains. There was also major miscommunication about the nightclub. We were told to come at 10 PM for a stamp, but when we arrived, staff told us to come back later. By then, the line was wrapped around the building, and we missed our chance. Overall, poor communication and lack of cleanliness really ruined what was supposed to be a fun girls’ trip. Not worth the price or the stress.

We had a lovely stay overall, and one of the highlights was the pool attendant on Sunday morning between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was truly amazing. Her kindness and attentiveness made our day—she went out of her way to help us find a life jacket for our little one, who doesn’t know how to swim, and we had forgotten his back home in Boston. Her thoughtfulness and professionalism stood out, and we’re so grateful for her help. The only downside of our experience was during check-in. The staff member who assisted us did not provide complete information regarding parking. As a result, we encountered some confusion and frustration on Monday when trying to pay for parking. Clearer communication at check-in would have made the experience much smoother. Despite that issue, we appreciate the overall service and especially want to thank the exceptional pool attendant for going above and beyond.
