Great MSG location. Couple points off.

Overall a decent hotel for the area. Perfect location for MSG events. The bellhop was the rudest hotel employee I’ve ever met. Fairly clean room and good stay overall, but for $700 a night get some new towels and shower curtains in there.

Breakfast was ok. I am a coffee drinker and disappointed they did not have half and half or more than 1 flavored creamer. Sometimes there was not coffee even available at breakfast. Housekeeping was excellent.

Really good location for exploring NYC and getting to the sites. Friendly staff and decent selection at breakfast. Good dining options nearby and subway and buses. Great shopping options too. Only downside was when it is busy at breakfast things don’t get filled fast enough.

Everyone at this hotel was amazing and very accommodating. The room was a good size and clean. The breakfast each morning was great! I would definitely stay here again. It is in a great location with easy access to the subway, train and other sites.
