When I booked my hotel it was supposed to have a couch in it and when I arrived they switched my room to one without and we didn’t have a fridge. And no one would ever answer the phone at the service desk

Location is good, but the room called Deluxe is not luxe at all. No fridge, no alarm clock (not even on request), AC did not work and even after asking no one checked it. No suitcase stand, and no cleaning, making bed or clean towels. For avg. 350 USD before taxes and fees this is not worth the stay. I could have stayed for less just around the corner and pretty sure the room would have been nicer. Only great thing was the breakfast which is included in each room - lots of choices, warm and cold and great staff serving.

There was no housekeeping service after check-in. Was told that the property only provided that "every other day"--in Midtown Manhattan?? This was unacceptable. All other amenities were fine and you can't beat the location for our purposes, but no housekeeping??

What a great hotel!

The weather was expected for the first week in February…cold. But we enjoyed it. The location was perfect! We were in for the Westminster Dog Show and could see Madison Square Garden from our window. It was only one subway stop to Broadway also. The room was quite large and very clean. The staff was outstanding! We will definitely consider this hotel again.
