DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!! I have never before written a bad review but my recent experience here has compelled me to do so. The hotel isn't as advertised. It is a 20 minute uber ride from the subway station listed in the wotif listing. The surrounding area is just deralict buildings or factories. It feels unsafe walking around and food options around the hotel are extremely limited. After arriving and deciding this place wasn't for me, i asked if i could check out and have a refund. They told me i was fine to leave and that since i booked with a third party provider (wotif) i would need to contact them to arrange the refund. When i contacted wotif to action this they told me the property had denied my request. Terrible customer service, Terrible location, terrible experience. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!

Its an average Holiday Inn. One thing I found very strange was our rooms were in the basement. My window was a staircase that people could easily see into. The bed wasn't the the most comfortable but it was serviceable. The air conditioning was fantastic. If you are looking to stay in Queens and want a quick ride to NYC, its a solid place. It should be a litlle cheaper that what I paid to stay. But overall, its okay.

We stayed here to attend a show in Brooklyn which was a short Uber ride to the venue and back. This wasn’t an area I would normally stay in, but the hotel was a good place to rest our heads for the night.

There were people hanging around in the hall most of the night. They tried to get into our room (probably mistakenly). People were banging up against our wall, shaking the mirror. Called front desk 3x. Noise would stop temporarily. Doors slamming most of the night. Would never stay here again. Finally gave up trying to sleep and left at 4:30 am.

I didn't stay at the hotel because it wasn't the area I wanted it took my to this location. Booked it after 6 and when i notice it was the wrong location tried to cancel it was past booking time mind yiu i booked after booking time paid for the insurance and I still couldn't get a refund. 😡
