Loved this location. Super convenient. Room didn't feel cramped - well set up. I would definitely stay here again. One thing to note, this is a high rise and the elevators get REALLY busy in the morning. It was not unheard of to wait a long time for an elevator 15+ minutes, and there were a few times I just took the stairs down. Luckily, I was on the 7th floor which wasn't so bad. Going up was not an issue (always an elevator in the lobby), but something to note if you have a mid-morning flight that is around breakfast/checkout.

The view was nice at night, staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. I just didnt like the long waits for elevators but there is signage letting you know there would be a delay during certain peak hours.

Perfect location and friendliest staff

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was crowded and we had a hard time finding a place for our family of four to sit and a staff member went out of his way to find us a place to sit on a different floor. He went above and beyond. The front desk staff were always super friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, in the middle of enough yet quieter than other parts of NYC. I would stay there again.

Skyline view room is the way to go, with the iconic Empire State Building as the main visual attraction. Housekeeping was on the ball, with everything kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. The variety and quality of the included breakfast was a surprise bonus. Fantastic location. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, except that during the morning breakfast rush hours I had to take the stairs down to the lobby from the 23 floor because the elevator was too full/wouldn't stop at my floor. I waited up to 12 minutes one morning for the elevator before giving up. I saw elevators that were over-crowded, which is creating an unsafe situation for guests.

The room was exceptionally small, had to stand sideways to get in the bathroom or get in the bed from one side. No comfortable chair. The sliding bathroom door would not fully close. Waits of 10 minutes or longer for the elevator we're common Staff were uniformly pleasant

Small not for cozy

It was fine. When booking 2 rooms together, would think they would be closer. Staff at front desk frazzled every time we went to lobby. It was so small could barely move & the elevator took so long to get to you that it was easier to climb down 30 flights of stairs rather than wait. Not for those with strollers or handicap. Rooms are very small, not very private for family travel. Was it close to everything? Yes, totally walkable. But the parking they said they had? Totally full lot and no backup option. So it’s very misrepresentative of their situation.
