What a great find.

We arrived early and your great delight, the room was ready. Very friendly staff. The room was immaculate. The bed extremely comfortable and the shower amenities were top shelf. We enjoyed a drink on the Terrace and enjoyed the views of Bryant Park and the Empire State Building. The hotel is walking distance to most venues but is outside the craziness of Times Square.

The room was very noisy. Couldn’t sleep well because we could hear lots of doors opening and closing. Our room had three “public” restrooms just in front and we could see non-guests entering these restrooms. Yesterday we didn’t get housekeeping and had to ask at night to get it partially cleaned. Had a fire alarm today and went through a stressful moment.

Our stay was only one night but room 811, a corner room, was absolutely gorgeous. The staff at the front desk, the bell hop and the door man were all warm and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

It was wonderful to be right next to a Subway station, bus stop, and Bryant Park! Popular shopping was very walkable from the hotel as well. The staff was very friendly and engaged, and our room was clean and comfortable. Exceeded expectations!
