Absolutely fantastic hotel… the staff are really friendly and welcoming, they go above and beyond to make your stay the best they can, nothing is to much trouble. The rooms are very clean and a great size for the city of NY. This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and never disappoints. On top of all that the location is fantastic overlooking Bryant Park. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to NY.

Quiet, clean retreat in a fantastic location! We had a nice room overlooking NYPL and Bryant Park ice skaters over the holidays. Our room on the 11th floor had a sofabed for our teenager and a small fridge (though no access to microwaves on property). Great lighting, very clean, helpful amenities! We loved the Nespresso and enjoyed the popcorn on arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful. We liked the yoga mat and bathrobes, too. Bed was a smidge soft for me, but that's a personal preference. Loved the water stations on every floor and yes, the elevators are a little slow, but that didn't bother us. Would have been nice to have access to a microwave to heat up food, but other than that we had a lovely weeklong stay. We liked being able to leave our bags on checkout and come back later for them. And it would have been nice if doorman opened the doors for us on blustery cold days, but other than that, no complaints.

The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing! No issues with the room (1401), check-in, or check-out. The only complaint we have is that the heating system makes a loud running noise when on. We’ll definitely return to the hotel.

Our stay was ok. The heat in our room was not working properly and we had to call multiple times to get it checked. The biggest issues was the water temperature in the shower was luke warm while the temperature in the sink was extremely hot. Finally on our 3rd day they were able to raise the temperature in the shower but it still was not hot.
