There were eyelashes all over the ground in the bathroom…the tv did not work the first night..and the valet parking i had to get my own car everytime!!! For $50 i have to get my own car?? Crazyy ..drain in tub wouldnt even drain!! Never again

Comfortable but crowded near JFK

One night layover. I did not eat at the restaurant. The staff was fine, the room comfortable. I had an early flight and thus could not eat the breakfast - which about 30 other guests couldn’t, either. The hotel should provide something for those with early flights. The shuttle was more crowded than I’ve seen in 40 years of travel. But the driver did a great job for all passengers anyway.

The overall stay was good and exactly what we needed. The hotel is close to the airport and with the shuttle is makes it easy to get to the airport. There was a large generator outside of our room which ran 24/7 and causes things to be very loud.

I have traveled many times. Never have I experienced a worst stay. The shuttle took more than 2 hours to arrive. We called them many times and they were very rude. We arrived later than expected because of delays from the airline, even though we wrote to them when we would arrive! They couldn’t care any less and gave our suite. When we arrived they were very rude and just gave a small room. Rudest people!!! Never going back again and hope people read this and avoid doing the same mistake of choosing them. Better to go to another hotel….
