There was a little confusion with the shuttle getting from the airport. The directions say call when we get to the station and we never got an answer. Other than that, the hotel was clean, check in was smooth and everyone was very polite and efficient. We ordered Door Dash and didn't get plastic wear. The restaurant was very nice in giving us plastic wear. The next morning our connecting flight trip to the airport was smooth and dropped us off at our departure gate. We only stayed the one night so I didn't get to experience much else. The room was nice, the beds are comfy, and the showers were good.

This hotel was near the airport with free airport service but the location looks not that great also parking is valet parking. Looks like the hotel had some renovation and the floor where we were located had the smell of paint

The room was spacious compared to a hotel in NYC..pretty clean...only the part I didn’t like is the bathroom door doesn’t lock!

I scheduled a stay in this hotel due to a late night flight cancellation. The driver of the shuttle took more than 1 hr to arrive for pick up even thought I had called ahead. I called the hotel multiple times during that time with no answer. Upon arrival, it was clearly obvious the hotel was swamped and unprepared. Regardless, they moved quickly and effectively to get people to their rooms. The beds were comfortable and clean, same with bathroom. Overall, the facilities met expectations

We arrived after 2 a.m. from a delayed flight after being charged $75.00 plus a 22% tip from the cab driver for a 15 min drive from the airport, to friendly, accommodating staff member. The room was large, clean and served its purpose for the overnight stay. Would definitely stay again.

I was very disappointed with my stay. First of all the drainage in the shower was horrible and then I was soaked with sewage water in the shower. Yes the removed to another room and offered 20% off of one night stay. I feel that did not suffice for what i had to endure!!!!
