Comfy & clean but loud!

Staff was friendly and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and spacious! Only thing is the walls are so thin and we could hear traffic all night and if someone closes their door, you hear a big bang & when someone flushes their toilet we could hear it too.

We arrived in the evening and left before dawn so perhaps my impression of the overall experience was influenced by this situation. The area seemed a bit unsafe due to dumpsters close at hand, teenagers in adjacent apartment out on skateboards and bikes with loud music until 1AM.

Second chance.

Chelsea, who checked us in, was wonderful - quick, efficient and friendly. She should be training the other front desk people. When I stayed two weeks before the check in process was a nightmare and I almost didn't come back, but I'm glad I gave it a second chance.

Staff needs training.

When we checked in there were three representatives, each with one guest in front of them and then we were next in line. It took over an hour to get checked in. When we reached the front desk we were told that there were no more double beds, even though I had booked about 4 months in advance. Miraculously they found a room. When we got to our room the toilet was running, smelled and had oily grey water in the tank. They did switch us to another room which was better. The only bright point was Reneisha, the day we checked out, as she helped us with a minor problem and was very nice.
