Great hotel in a fantastic location

2 night stay in a fantastic hotel. Staff can’t do enough for you and the roof top bar has a stunning view. The location is excellent being near to Central station and Times Square. We have stayed before so returned knowing how convenient the hotel was and it didn’t disappoint. Highly recommended.

Great hotel in a perfect location down Park Ave from Grand Central Station. Upper moderate quality with some nice Japanese touches- Japanese breakfast options for example. The staff is always holding the door open for you or offering you an umbrella. Excellent views of the Empire State Building from the roof top bar. Would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel

An excellent hotel. Very courteous and attentive staff. Our room was clean and spacious (for NYC), we had a view of the Empire State Building. Don’t miss a trip to the lovely rooftop bar. Nice, relaxed and calm environment away from the hustle and bustle. Would stay here again.

Stupendous Service & Serenity

This hotel is an oasis of serenity in the heart of a bustling city. It was noticeably quiet and calm and orderly, in keeping with the hotel management/team’s culture. The rooms were spacious and comfy, lobby and common spaces elegant and attractive and staff was polite, professional and polished.

We were here for a ladies weekend getaway to NYC and had a wonderful stay at the Prince Kitano. The rooms were a good size and very clean. We had a fabulous view of the Empire State Building from our room. We enjoyed our morning breakfast in the hotel and had a delightful and attentive female server that was wonderful. We looked forward to seeing her every morning. The rooftop bar has amazing views of the NYC skyline. The area was very convenient and only 3 blocks from Grand Central Station. I I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
