Overall, this hotel was a nice and comfortable stay in an excellent location. Be aware before your visit: Check to make sure you have breakfast vouchers for everyone if that was part of the room deal. We spent time getting that straightened out the first morning. The beds in our room were very firm; there may be softer options. The "do not disturb" signal (a small light by the door latch) was not explained even after several complaints on several days of no service. Front desk service could be improved! Breakfast staff were very helpful.

We had a very pleasant two-night stay here. The room was clean, the service was excellent, and the location was very convenient—everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. One suggestion: it would be great to have a mini refrigerator in the room. Our deluxe king room had a well-stocked minibar, but there wasn’t any space for us to store our own items. Other than that, we have no complaints. We enjoyed our stay and might gladly return.

Clean and quiet hotel

The hotel was clean and quiet. It was convenient and a short walking distance to Times Square. The beds were comfortable and I would definitely stay here again.
