Simple the cleanest hotel with the best amenities in New York City. I love that they also gave us free buffet breakfast which was lovely. And they gave us $20 a day in credits to use for coffee or the roof top bar. The room had a full bath and separate shower, heated toiled with bidet built in, towel warmers, robes and slippers. The bedroom had two huge closets, a large desk for working and a sitting area for guests. What’s not to love about this luxury, clean hotel with great service and great food? We will definitely be coming back to the Kitano!

We loved our stay here. The hotel was clean and in a perfect location for those visiting midtown during the holiday season. It's so close to Grand Central, Bryant Park, etc. The staff was friendly and parking was easy. We will be back!

It was an excellent VIP experience. I love the amenities and the valet parking, especially the location. It was close to everything and I was able to get some proper rest when I needed it. Clean and sanitized rooms. I was just missing a hair dryer and additional lighting in the bathroom with better in-room coffee.

This is the second time we have been to the hotel. Very comfortable beds, clean room , good location and very courteous staff. Hotel however is looking a little tired /old and in need of a refresh- especially the carpeting and the dated bathtub. Lastly, the room lighting could be brighter. Thank you.

The location is great if you are going to theatre or want to go uptown or downtown. Very central in other words. Very nice front desk staff. The hotel itself is spotless and the room was serviced at the right time every day. It isn’t charming, or cool, or fresh. But the room rates were very competitive and the room itself totally suited my needs: good sheets, robe, Japanese toilet, very quiet. New York is not a place where I need my stay to deliver more than that. You’re out and about all day anyway!
