I stayed at The Prince Kitano New York from Jan 23–26 and had an outstanding experience. The hotel offers a rare sense of calm in Midtown Manhattan. My room was spotless, quiet, and very spacious by NYC standards, with extremely comfortable bedding and thoughtful details throughout. Despite the central location, it felt like a peaceful retreat above the city. Service was professional, warm, and efficient from check-in to checkout. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and housekeeping was excellent. A refined atmosphere, great location, and consistently high standards — I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was exceptional at the hotel -- from doorman to concierge, room-service to housekeeping, they were the perfect ambassadors for the brand and the overall experience. Location is incredibly convenient (blocks from Grand Central), hotel safe and serene. Little touches (like a daily $20 credit to room service) made the experience that much easier.

Large room, by NYC standards. Very clean. Very hot water, very cold water too! Polite, helpful staff, especially Lupe at the front desk. Hearty, fresh made-to order breakfast. But... the shower was weak and the practice of adding a daily facility fee but then a breakfast or lunch credit... is a hospitality practice beneath a properly as well-run and upscale as this!
