New paint job in the room would be great. The windowsill looked as if it hasn’t been swiped in years. The bathroom floor had rust around the tiles. For the price of breakfast there should be a larger selection. I was Not satisfied with the bfast options. All in all I don’t think I’ll return. I could have stepped outside and purchase an enjoyable bfast for $23. I asked the front desk for complimentary water upon my check in at 1:30am and was told I can purchase using the vending machine on the 4th floor. Quite disappointing after a long day of traveling.

Area was very nice and quiet. About 15 mins walking from Times Square. Security on property was very nice! Easy check in and out. Only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom door. Bathroom shower door wouldn’t close, so water would slip everywhere. Bed was very comfy!

I will never stay at Yotel Times Square again. The room was already disappointing—broken knobs, malfunctioning appliances, and an overall worn-down feel that does not match the photos online. The worst part? The infamous “Yobot” in the lobby. DO NOT use it. It constantly breaks, and when it does, you’re stuck. We waited almost an hour for someone to come fix it so we could get our luggage. Meanwhile, there was a line of more than 10 guests also stuck waiting. The staff walked right past us and offered no solution—no manual process, no alternate storage, nothing. Just blank stares and “wait for the tech.” A hotel in the middle of Times Square should know how to handle basic guest needs, but this place fails on every level: • Staff: 1 star – unhelpful and indifferent. • Rooms: 1 star – broken fixtures and cheap quality. • Efficiency: 1 star – slow, unprepared, and clueless. • Overall Satisfaction: 1 star – I regret booking here. Save yourself the frustration. There are plenty of hotels in NYC—this is not one you want to deal with.

Doormen were very helpful. They offered car assistance. The baggage robot was very convenient and helpful for our late flight out. You will need to walk a few blocks to grab a train. Or you can catch a city bus which drops off on all four corners in front of the hotel. I utilized the gym everyday and staff walked in to clean numerous times. The hotel itself was in excellent shape and extremely clean. The room itself was a lot smaller than I’m used to and the restroom does not have any divider other than glass. It’s unusual at first but phases us none. It is NYC and space is challenging. The room’s furniture appears old and could use an upgrade but it’s kept up. I wasn’t a fan of what looked dirty and very aging furniture. But, it definitely served its purpose and I wouldn’t object to staying again. We did not utilize food services but the restaurant has a wonderful setup and outdoor seating area. Do not expect space in the room. The TV is only a few feet away from the end of the bed. Only two small drawers but the TV has shelving around you can utilize. Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. I was told to go to the front desk when I tried checking in electronically. But no one was around so I walked right up. Don’t know if it was a glitch or my bad and late timing of expected arrival. But staff was great. Overall experience was great. I was impressed with how clean everything was throughout the hotel.
