This properties always understaffed at the front desk. I waited 30 minutes for checkin. They have self service kiosks but they always seem to be closed. It really needs a renovation. Everything in the rooms seems very used.

Love that it had its own restaurants the outdoor area was amazing. The gym was nice especially with the pelotons there. The rooms are not soundproof. Wasn’t happy that I had to pay $100 before checking in early. definitely will wait next time :( :( :(

It was self check-in. Customer service did not to try and accommodate. Except offer $300 room upgrade.rooms are tiny like collge dorms. With no amenities. No microwave, no ice buckets. Walked to get food. But had to eat cold leftovers. No privacy. Traffic in the hallways loud like you were outside. 2am little kids were in the hallway.. Not a private place at all. Definitely not worth the price.

Great stay just a few little details

The stay was great! Just a few observations… I thought there would be a desk in the room as I did go to New York for work. Also, the shower wand leaked and was unusable. The window handle to open and close is broken. Also I couldn’t figure out how to get coffee to my room in the morning. Oh and I tried the AC for a moment as it was stuffy. The AC is super noisy. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable and the tv options are good the shower pressure is great!
