The exterior of property and lobby area was nice and that was it. The front desk staff stated they didn’t have a room and checkin was at 3:00. This was around 2:00PM. We told her we had a wedding to attend at 3:00 so she was nice to find us a room available. I never saw cleaning staff so not sure what wasn’t available at the time. All down hill from there…The rest was disgusting especially the bedding and carpet was filthy. The room smelled like mildew and that was after I sprayed it twice with air freshener The furniture had tears and there was no dresser to put clothes in. We hung everything in fear something would crawl in our luggage. The staff was super nice!

Breakfast was only being served from 8:30 to 11:00. And when I came down at 8:30 there was no one around. Menus were out, but not a soul to see. Went to Panera's and upon return no one was eating in the dining area, but I did spy someone hiding in the kitchen.
