We liked our room, swimming pool and hot tube. A breakfast was usual American food like waffles, omlette, cereals with milk, juice, yogurt. We were not hungry.

Nice stay

The staff was friendly. They gave us good advice of a place to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was easy access and plenty of food.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you’re visiting the outlets! The room was clean and no weird smells! Staff friendly and attentive. Great breakfast. The only downside was that we could hear everything in the room beside us and they had children. Also could hear everyone out in the hallway so not good for sleeping.

Toilet not working

We were without a working toilet our whole stay. The manager attempted to fix it but was unable to. There were no maintenance people on that night even though the whole hotel was booked. They needed to call in a maintenance guy at 9:30 at night. He showed up at 10:30 pm. He snaked the toilet & it was flushing. As soon as he left we used the toilet & it wouldn’t flush again. We had to wait until 9:00 am the next morning to have maintenance look at it again. We checked out at 10:00 AM so no use to us.

We came in from CT to take our little one to Lego land. We loved the indoor pool & jacuzzi.Very clean. Staff was friendly . Lots of other families staying for the same reason (Lego land) So many restaurants and stores in the area. I didn’t care much for the complementary breakfast but everything else was excellent!! Will definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in the area.

Good hotel

Best location for visiting the outlet mall. Second time we stayed here. Hotel is clean and rooms are quiet. Pillows can be firmer but the soft pillows seem to be standard issue across all American hotels. Free breakfast was sufficient. The waffles were really good.
