Was rather disappointing. Photo of the property does not go with the actual view of the front of the property. The adjoining doors between two different apartments were not locked.
One of the blind’s chain in the second bedroom was broken.

Absolutely terrible. Read the reviews, don’t stay here.
1. The Expedia ad notes balcony, lock up garage, ‘luxury’ apartment.
2. The balcony is unable to be used due to some structural issue!
3. The garage didn’t lock, leaving open entry to anyone from outside
4. The unit wasn’t clean - the towels were dirty, bathrooms mouldy, soap from previous visitors still in the shower! General stains and marks everywhere that looked generally like nothing had been cleaned.
5. Really noisy - lots of other tenants out playing late at night
6. The internet didn’t work.
7. After noticing all this I checked the Expedia reviews and noted many other occupants have had the same complaints. Clearly nothing has been done to address them which is disappointing.
In short, this property is absolutely not a 4 star or even a 3 star property and it shouldn’t be advertised as such.

Booked accommodation here for a number of nights to catch up with family
Upon arrival around 8pm we found the property had not been cleaned and the previous tenants mess was still present. Beds used, rubbish left everywhere, towels on the floor, used toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom, dirty dishes left in the sink, oven used and dirty, rubbish left on the tables etc.
Now I understand that mistakes happen but when I attempted to contact the property I was hung up on 3 seperate times and told "go find somewhere else for the night and come back tomorrow"
Zero care was offered by the property manager/owner who also just turned up unannounced while we were there and said "have the cleaners come". We had no idea who this person was as they didn't even bother to introduce themselves or apologies for the major inconvenience they had caused.
Had to find accommodation out of the area (we booked this area due to appointments the following day) and due to this last minute rush to find accommodation we had to pay well above what we had budgeted for accommodation.
This provider should be removed from all platforms and not allowed to offer their services.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND ADVISE ALL PEOPLE TP STAY AWAY.

Great location disappointing cleanliness and state of apartment. Balcony unable to be used due to structural issues, unit was not overly clean, tv in lounge room had remote that didn’t work, unit was showing signs of wear with many walls having repairs but not being repainted.
Do yourself a favour and don’t book this place or the Newcastle executive apartments. They are managed by the same people and they are absolutely disgusting. We booked the Newcastle terraces and our room was not actually at that location. It was at the Newcastle executive apartments. I called the office about many issues and they were straight away defensive and not helpful at all- the staff member was actually very rude.
Firstly the floor was filthy so our feet were black from grot. Bedroom door handle was broken so it wouldn’t shut. Shower was DISGUSTINGLY MOULDY. The dishwasher was broken that we weren’t notified about and they came and replaced it during a day while we were out and they left rubbish and packaging through our kitchen/lounge room area. This included wiring off cuts that our kids could have choked on. When we arrived there was urine under one of the toilet seats. The tv in the bedroom did not work at all apart from having the backlights always on so at night the tv was glowing and we couldn’t turn it off. The kickboard in the kitchen was broken and a safety hazard. There was no pots or pans to cook with, only a strainer and a pot lid available. The air drier was broke so our clothes fell off it when we tried to dry them after a day at the beach. Lastly the amount of cochroaches was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING we had all our food in bags zipped up so they couldn’t access it.
Apartment was very dirty and uncomfortable.
Very cold and needs a major update.

The lounge needs throwing out as the springs in the cushions are gone. Cockroaches on walls and on floors. Some dead most alive. TV switches on and off periodically. Sound from TV is distorts after awhile. Spa was excellent except it makes noises for up to 15 minutes afterwards. Garage had leaves over the concrete, thus when you move around, you walk the leaves into the rooms. No broom available to sweep floors or leaves away. Beds hard as a rock. At least it was quiet from outside noise.
Overall very good. Nice quiet street. Good shopping mall and restaurants only a 5 minute walk.
Only negatives...
Garage is tiny, hard to park anything but a tiny car in it due to the tight angles to get in.
It would have been nice to have some basic essentials in the cupboards, some cling wrap and tin foil, costs the owners peanuts and adds to the service.
The apartment is nice, good location and reasonably equipped. The issues we had were two broken chairs that were left there without warning that my mum fell off. Despite reporting this on day 1, it took nearly 2 weeks to do anything and then they simply bent back the broken legs and put them back to use. The same thing happened, you sat on them and they collapsed, very dangerous! We will be making a formal complaint, poor maintenance and poor service, very disappointing and a let down to a nice apartment!!
We enjoyed the well appointed and conveniently located premises. Great to be able to use a dishwasher and have a good sized fridge/freezer. Spacious and comfy all round
Pros: check in/out and parking was good.
Cons: overall in poor condition. The glass of window in the kitchen was broken meaning that the rooms were freezing, the apartment had an overall unpleasant odor and the sheets smelled like chlorine.
Our initial impression of this property was very positive however we soon discovered there was no WiFi internet access which made it unsuitable for our business trip.
Outside garbage was overflowing upon our arrival and the individual car parking was very tight. Road noise was louder than expected in the front unit.
We were very pleased with the customer service from the property management and that we were able to relocate to another of the group's properties after one night.
Would recommend this property if you have a very small car (or none) and no internet access needs.

Within walking distance to a shopping centre.
We stsyed in #2 for 2 nights & our stay was pretty comfortable, after we wiped over all sufaces including chairs etc as they were all grimy. Had to wash up everything before we used it. I think we left the unit a whole lot cleaner than we found it.
The whole unit needs a good spring clean. Very disappointed for what you pay per night.
The parking is ridiculous, so small. We only just, with a little juggling got our medium sized sedan into the garage. My son damaged his car one night when he came to visit trying to park because it was so tight.
Every time we went outside we had to brush off the farmers friends off us cause the weeds are that tall. Not enough room in the enclosed outside area as it is overgrown with weeds.
It would be a good place to stay if it was better maintained.
