Location was perfect

This hotel offered a perfect location for the reason for our visit, the light rail stop across the road. A stroll to local restaurants and shops. The restaurant offered good food and a pleasant atmosphere. Staff were terrific

Do not stay here. The couple in the room next door had a violent dispute that lasted two hours. No security on site - it was unsafe. Would not recommend nor stay again.

Great place to stay, excellent bar & food. Staff were wonderful & room quiet & comfortable. The only problem was I couldn’t work out the air conditioning which would go off during the night (probably some economy setting that was too techno for my brain! ). All in all a great stay.

Love The Lucky Hotel

Love Lucky Hotel. The beds are so soft and we love the renovations have kept the history of the building alive and included them as a feature. Such a short walk to everything and definitely value for money. All the staff are amazing and so accommodating. We particularly love the Superior rooms. Highly recommend
