Lost power our second night in, they didn’t get the elevators turned back on so being on the 3rd floor we couldn’t leave our room, if we did we couldn’t get back in without finding someone to let us in. The shower was the worst shower I’ve ever experienced in my life, it was like taking a shower with the last 3 drops of a water bottle. Hair on the floors and in the tub. No comforter, and 2 towels I had to keep returning in order to get new ones cause “there’s no housekeeping”

I have stayed at this hotel twice this year and each time I have enjoyed my stay. The staff on both occasions have been very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is quiet and I although I'm usually out late due to a concert or dinner I love how the doors are locked at a certain time and you have to call to get in. Even when you call you are let in almost immediately. Whener I'm in the area I will stay here again.

Cleaning not to standard. Pets everywhere. People loitering outside made me feel unsafe. We stayed the night because it was late but then checked out and went elsewhere and had those 2 nights refunded

The carpet has worn holes in it. There are NO dishes; the cupboards are bare. This is an extended stay hotel! I changed rooms because the first one smelled like cigarette smoke even though the staff had propped the window open. The second room wasn’t much better. I do not recommend anyone staying here.

The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The main issue was cleanliness. There was hair on the hand towel and counter in the bathroom. That just made everything else feel not so clean. Also, the deadbolt was not able to lock on the door.

This property is dirty and outdated. My bedsheets had a pair of used socks laying in it. The shower was moldy. The kitchen didn’t have any plates, cups, cookware, utensils. The front desk told us they were sold out of kitchen ware. The area around the hotel feels unsafe too. Would not recommend!!
