Had to pay a toll to access. Paid an upgrade on Expedia for a "balcony" room and it was a room with a metal door to a cement patio on ground level facing the parking lot. Many people at breakfast, normal, but the tables had not been wiped and had a pile of paper towels with a spray bottle that said we werent allowed to use.

Location was perfect in a very quiet area away from the busy area of the falls--but only a few minutes drive away from all the sights. Our room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for our family of five. The pool was surprisingly warm and we loved the little mini waterfall touches. Breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options and was well-maintained (shout out to the hardworking man working weekday breakfasts, he does a great job!). Since there's nothing right around the hotel it's nice that they have the rooftop bistro, though we didn't try the food (just happy hour drinks, super convenient). We would definitely come back!

Nice family stay at Holiday Inn

It was a family trip to visit Niagara Falls. Loved our stay with clean and decent size room for a family of 4, a couple and 2 kids. We really enjoyed morning breakfast offered. Only one thing I realized is location is little outskirts. I felt having a car is a must.

Awesome Clean Relaxing Stay

Amazing Staff between the front desk manager and the bar tender. It has a nice bar and grill upstairs. Excellent food and excellent service! Breakfast was clean, cooked well, and well kept. Pool was clean as well!

Was ant infested. Moved only to right next door and laundry room was full of ants as well. Owner left a note for the front if we asked for a refunde to say no. Very rude and disrespectful will never go back or refer anyone
