Had to park off site even thro there were open spots just given a piece of paper and drive down the road , not a locked compond just a open lot no security , my room was to be a standard room and was told that I did not book that was was given a suite and charged more for that.

My boyfriend and I took an impromptu trip to visit Niagara Falls, booking a hotel the day of. Most hotels were either all booked or more than we wanted to pay. During check in we were that the hotel parking lot was full and could park in another parking lot near by

The staff were great my only complaint was you pay a lot for a room so there shouldn’t be wallpaper peeling off the walls or plain white plaster on the ceiling not even painted to the proper colour of the ceiling

Good stay for the night. Close to the falls and the incline railway for quick walk to the falls. Note that on site parking was $45 and off site is $30... you have in and out privileges for on site. Good for a night but found some items to be a bit dingy like the mini fridge and some upgrades in the bathroom didn't look completely done.
