This place is not bad, but not great either. Location and convenience for the price is what makes this place somewhat competitive. It’s literally 2-3minute walk from the Incline Rail. there are many other hotels that are also this close to the falls, but prices can be high. Rooms here align with what you pay for. It’s mediocre. Rooms have limited lighting and carpets always feel slightly damp with a hint of odor. TVs are the older cable TVs with no Netflix or Youtube. I had a chance to interact with a manager and she wasn’t very friendly or welcoming either. I asked about a possibility of a “paid” upgrade to the falls view room, and she just disregarded me without even looking it up on the system. I will probably try another nearby hotel next time I visit. But if you are traveling on a budget, this place will do the job.

The hotel is close to all area attractions. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. The hotel is also located near many restaurants. My family really enjoyed our stay here and would return.

Lovely place!

This was a quickie overnight trip on our way to Toronto, but it was a very nice hotel. Comfy bed, clean. Freddie at the desk was very friendly when we checked in.

The view was beautiful but you could only see half of the Niagara Falls because another building was blocking the way. We slept nicely, but the mattresses were too soft for us. Overall a great stay, but no breakfast.
