The staff was great! The gentleman at check-in was soo funny and the woman at checkout was very sweet. The only things I can think of that were 'weird'(I worked in the hotel industry for 20+ years) was that there was no heat in the hallways? That was a first. And I wasn't able to charge our dinner at the restaurant to our room. It's attached to the hotel so why not offer that? None are a make or break and everything else was great!

We paid extra for the falls view room, when we checked in the window was completely frozen and had zero view. Overall very nice hotel, beds were decent and across the street from IHOP with a fabulous view. Very convenient for exploring around the falls.
