Great location. Older style hotel and our initial room was very poor and we were moved to an excellent room because the air conditioning didn’t work in the first one. The second room had excellent beds, aircon and space. The staff service was impeccable, particularly Miss Watanabe as she helped us with many things like booking restaurants and finding a good Onsen. The breakfast staff were also wonderful as were the cleaning staff and others at reception. The hotel is old but obviously some rooms are renovated. If you get one of the newer rooms you will have a good experience.

古いけど便利な立地

壁が薄いのか？娘と2人で部屋にいると隣室の部屋の方が壁を叩いて威嚇したりフロントに電話して注意？があったら、テレビを付けてたら話し声がうるさいとか？わけがわからなかったで消しても再度叩く。よくよく考えるとシャワーの音が響くのでは？となりました。ホテル側から部屋変更の提案がありしてもらいました。

中心街で、食事の場所も買い物もとても便利な場所にあります。ただ、設備はきれいにはされているものの古さは否めません。 自動販売機がありましたが、新千円札、新5百円玉を使えないタイプでせっかくあるのに使えないのが残念でした。
