"Hyvä hinta/laatusuhde. Erinomainen sijainti, hyvä kulkuyhteys raitiovaunulla tai bussilla aivan vierestä. Erittäin hyvä yhteys sekä keskikaupungille tai vanhaan kaupunkiin ja messukeskukseen. Rauhallista ja lähellä ruokapaikkoja. Autolle hyvä ja helppo pysäköinti hallissa. Ainoa miinus oli, että viikonloppuna aamiainen oli buukattu täyteen ja jouduimme etsimään läheisen leipomon aamiaisen, joka ei ollut niin monipuolinen."
