It was an easy check in. Property is awful. Dirty, smelly, worn out. Beds are terribly hard. The woman who checked us in didn’t ask for an ID, so I could’ve been anyone. An unbecoming property.

A clean room in an outdated property

We checked in at 10:00 PM right after my brother-in-law, who has the same last name. the staff checking us in didn’t check anyone’s names and got our rooms mixed up, giving me a room with one king bed when I had four people standing right in front of her. I called the front desk before realizing that my BIL had gotten our room (he requested a king but was given two queens). So I called the front desk again to say that we figured it out and we switched rooms. Then at 11:30 PM the front desk called and woke up my entire family, to ask what room my brother in law was in. Ummm, hello??? He’s in the other room, the one that you wrongly gave me. Ridiculous. The property is very outdated. Breakfast was adequate with waffles and lots of juice, but very dry eggs. For the price it was acceptable as there are no great options in the area, but I am still miffed that the front desk gave us the wrong rooms and then woke us up after we told them that we took care of it ourselves.

The bathroom was dirty with hairs and the room smelled like old dust. We cut our stay to one night. But the people was nice and the breakfast was good.

The condition of the room was terrible. While the housekeeping service had done its best, the room was mildew ridden, areas of the carpet were damp and the odor dank. Other than its convenience to the highway there wasn't anything worth going back for.

The staff here are wonderful, friendly, kind, and helpful. Our room was clean, but the property needs a massive upgrade. The beds were stiff, the pillows were lumpy, and the carpets all need to be replaced or steamed. I was only there for a night and it served its purpose, but based on other reviews on here I was hoping for a little more comfort.

Dirty, gross, entire place smells like weed. Our door appeared to have been kicked in before, lock was not working well. Lots of damage in room, A/C did not work well and smelled like mildew. Would not stay here.

Filthy carpet clean and comfortable bed.

The carpet through the hotel was filthy. Our carpet smelled bad. The beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. My feet got dirty when I got out of the shower as evidenced by the marks left on the bathroom mat after walking around the hotel room in a towel before getting dressed in the bathroom . Yuck! So I wore my flip flops the rest of the day.

Room was nice, clean. Fridge, coffeemaker, microwave in our room. That was nice. Pool area was clean as well as the pool. Management let us stay past closing time as it was only me, my husband, son and his girl. We are all adults and behaved ourselves so she was cool and didn't kick us out as we were the only four there. However; they could use some new mattresses. They seemed to have some divids and kinda rolled into those. Continental breakfast was great large assortment of foods along with two waffle irons so you could make your own waffles. My husband was excited about that. Don't have to guess what he had for breakfast lol. I would most certainly stay there again and recommend to friends or family as well.
