A friend and I stayed a night at this hotel when I came down from Boston to see a show at Theatre by the Sea. This place was one of the more affordable options, and we were both really impressed with it! Check-in was quick and easy and the two queen bed room was incredibly spacious. There was a fridge and microwave as well, so this seems like it could be a great place for a longer stay. Normally, I like a firm mattress, but these seemed a bit hard for my taste. That's my only real complaint (and it's barely a complaint). Our room was on the second floor and also included a lovely terrace that we barely used. I will absolutely stay here in the future.

Staff was friendly. Right next to a breakfast place which is convenient. Close to Newport and Narragansett but not right on the beach. Rooms look more modern than the outside of the place. We had a few daddy long legs in our bathroom. Paper thin walls, we could hear every word our neighbors were saying. So if you have rowdy neighbors it could be a problem. But overall it was good for what we spent

A no nonsense property. rooms were big. Very quiet. Awesome breakfast place is right next door. A good place to stay if you do not want to spend a lot of money, but also want safe and clean

We enjoyed our stay!!!! The room was spacious and super clean! Staff was friendly and welcoming! Breakfast is available at the on site restaurant. It was delicious and we highly recommend dining in for breakfast or lunch.

The staff was helpful. The location is convenient to beaches, a lovely town, and supermarket. There was an excellent restaurant adjacent to the property for breakfast. They also served lunch.

The night staff for check in was very helpful and friendly. The room itself was spacious and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The a/c kept the room nice and cool during the humid day. We would stay there again.
