The property was recently renovated and felt like new. The room was large, the bed very comfortable, and the breakfast very nice. I would strongly recommend this La Quinta to I80 travelers!

This was supposed to be our final leg of our trip, the original room that was reserved for us was smelling of past dog/pets. Not just the floor but also the beds and couch. The staff seemed incompetent and very slow to checking in people even though it was 8pm and hen I was checking in. Also there were 2 people and it seemed like they didn’t know how to do their jobs. When I finally checked in, then went to the original room is when I noticed the foul smells. I asked to be switched rooms they offered me 2 separate rooms at the same cost. Went downstairs to get some bottle waters from the vending machine and it didn’t accept my coins. Had to wait for staff to help me, which they did after 10 mins of waiting. The beds and rooms finally smelled better though they still have the lingering dog/pet smell’s throughout the hotel. The dining area seemed too small and really dark. Overall I give this room a 2.1 out of 5.

Wonderful Friendly Staff...Room was clean and beds so comfortably. Bathtub didn't drain but I told the front desk when I was leaving so they can take care of it... Breakfast was a great start to our day. Thank you for a clean friendly place to stay that wasn't too expensive...appreciate it much.

It was just a quick stop for us on our way home, but everything went very smoothly. We had our dog with us and it was great to have a ground floor room near the exit. The breakfast was nice. They even had gluten-free bagels, which was a sweet surprise for me. The woman who was overseeing the breakfast room did a wonderful job.

Room 110. Smelled of must and mold, very humid in the room. Dead bolt didn't work. Bathroom door would not shut. Caulk was poorly done and moldy around the shower. Bed covers/duvet had holes in one and stains on the other. Gross. The guy at the desk gave us new ones. I don't know if he would have given us a different room. We had already gotten our things into the room and we were exhausted from the day. I told him we'd just stay put, but I was truly disappointed since the last room was so nice. I know you are redoing your rooms as we stayed in an updated room a week and a half ago. It was very nice and worth the money. You should not be charging the same amount for room that is so inferior, and you know it because you are updating all the rooms. At most, you should charge half of the rate for a similar updated room. Unfortunately, LaQuinta should not even have a room this bad.

Property was great but I will not use Expedia again. Even though I put the correct days they changed to incorrect dates After I booked I saw immediately and called. Change was made but I had to pay an extra fee. Then I just saw that the hotel also charges my credit card $263 for a one night stay and now will need to dispute that. Expedia has caused me a lot of work and headache and costs not expected. No savings at all.
