We had an issue with our room and some insensitive interactions with hotel staff. Irritating odors and fumes came out of the heating vents. The hotel had to move our room and we did end up having a conversation with a "manager" on the phone.
Further, on initial check-in the desk person gave us a room that had not been cleaned or turned.
Big hassle to request a refund/credit of some sort and we DEFINITELY deserve one.
For your follow-up (if y'all even care): 2rooms, Jun6-10, GC Jeter). I paid with my AmericanExpress card I may go to them and holla about what happened to us.
I had my four nieces visiting from out of town.
Hampton Inn had several "red zone turnovers" on this one.
