Worst stay of my life. Volleyball sized hole in the glass window, bed bug bites all over my body, worst decision of my life I pray for a full refund. Nasty facility . Nasty nasty nasty

This property was nothing like the pictures online, an since l went through a 3rd party l was not able to get a refund. When I arrived it was run down , locks on gates of the inside restaurant and the exercise room, by looking through the windows was dirty with pigeon feathers ont the floor. There' was no shuttle and yet l was changed. Truly dissatisfied with it all, and if l could have received a refund, l would not have stayed . Very Dissatisfied $365 00 later

The maids were horrible, keys never worked , room smelled like mildewed Stayed there 2 weeks & didn’t receive towels or toilet paper or new sheets They give anyone a key to your room No AC no Heater & the tv didn’t work

The property has the name and the face but as soon as you enter the main lobby, it’s like you’re entering the Dracula castle. Different kind types of people come there rooms are not available even though you booked in advance. Or if they have a room either the AC is not working or the heater is not working.. In the front desk, staff will tell you “it’s up to you, man if you want to stay! “ total freak experience.

I’m not sure how they have the word “executive” in their name when there’s nothing elite about it. Parking was $10 in a shady back alley way that did have a gate, but the car next to mine had smashed in windows and a flat tire by morning. Facility was outdated, smelly and dirty. I waited 10 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk to check me in. It was close to the hotel and good for a quick turnaround, but you get what you pay for.
