It has lake access leading to a picnic table and a beach with shallow lake bottom, making it ideal for small children. There is no dock for this property. It is situated in a park-like setting. The main level features 2 bedrooms (queen and queen), 2 baths, living room (with TV, Blu-ray DVD, VCR, video library, and games); fully equipped kitchen/dining area, open deck and hot tub. The lower level has one bedroom (2 twin beds), and a large recreation/game room with TV, DVD, VCR, Wii, foosball and bumper pool. On the deck is a gas grill and tables and chairs. Out in the yard is a picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire pit. It is close to Swallow Falls and Harrington Manor State Parks.
