Unit was clean, tidy, a little dated but in good condition. Conveniently located, helpful staff. The clincher for us is the dog-friendly classification allowing us to take with us our beloved black Labrador. The one thing that would lift the unit to 5 stars would be a heat pump/air conditioning. We shall certainly book again.
