Nice family stay

Good hotel for families! The pool was nice, the breakfast had something for everyone. This location was close to restaurants and coffee options as well.

My room 213 had multiple roaches in it, it was late and I legally DOT couldn’t drive anymore that day. I didn’t ask for another room because I’m sure they would be in there to. I told Kris the GM in the morning and all he said was sorry. I’m working with Expedia to get my money back. Horrible experience! The guy at the desk didn’t even tell me where breakfast was when I checked in. Never go here! They know about the roaches come to find out! Disappointed!

We got there early on Friday and I went to the desk just to let them know and Kris (I think) was wonderful in checking us early. The hotel is dated and needs updating but the staff are great and the breakfast was good. Updated I would definitely stay there again.

Had to leave the same time I checked in. Lots of roaches. When we opened the room door 217 just to be specific lots of roaches came out to greet me and my family so fast. We were right back at the front desk for a refund and out of there. That was nasty with roach infestation. Never again. I high don't recommend. Very very terrible.
