Halls have odor. Room was ok. Grounds need to be cleaned. Swim diaper by pool for 2 days, McDonald’s garbage on stairs entering for 2 days. Would not recommend.

We arrived evening of Tues. 8/19. We put our stuff in the room so we could go eat and grab a few things for the room. It was late when we for back as we went to outlets in Rehoboth. The next morning we realized the room needed to be serviced as we found food and rappers under bed and found the sheets were dirty. We let the front desk know and they said they would send someone. When we got back the evening it was semi cleaned. We called back to let them know we needed service again. We also let them know that tv was broke. We gave them permission to enter as we were gone again. Thursday came around and we headed out that morning two hour drive. We let them know our room needed serviced once again. Came back that night late woke up Friday morning went out to the hall to ask for service myself since we still had dirty floors food under bed and wanted sheets changed!!!! The housekeeper said she would be in. So we went about our day. Friday night we get back and all we found was a bag hanging from our door. Beyond disgusted!!!

I feel like we were catfished. The photos online show a nice building with an outdoor pool. Not knowing there is a second building that looks like a run down motel. The lobby was small. The elevator was filthy from spilt food, made awful noises and there is no state inspection paper. The first room we had had no lock on the deck slider so with two toddlers that felt very unsafe. We were told we were moving to another room by a sticky note on door. The second room fridge was filthy and there was a used coffee filter in mini coffee machine.. Loud noises until 1-2am, people sitting outside smoking weed.. overall just not a family place. Disappointed in the experience and disappointment that Quality Inn Choice Hotels would not address this properties health and safety issues before opening to public.

It was a great room with a great view, in a great spot. It was not the cleanest place I’ve been to. At least the linens were clean. The outdoor pool was not cleaned. The staff was friendly but most did not speak English at all.
