Needs improvement

Hotel definitely needs a major renovation. The room was not super clean or welcoming. Wall fixtures and other things needed to be replaced throughout our room. The best part was the location. It was really nice having beach access and also being able to walk to Jolly Roger amusement park.

Family Getaway

Beds were comfortable but sofa bed was not. Room could use a couple comfortable chairs to relax in. Staff were very friendly. Outdoor pool was too cold even for the kids

Location of the property is excellent but is not being maintained properly. The rooms are outdated and have mold everywhere on ceilings and walls. The building with city view is even worse and elevator is not working. Staff trying their best but I do not think they are trained in hospitality at all. Basic help as how to get your suitcase to your room was missing and they found it funny that elevator is not working. At the same time if you asked for help they went out of their way. Indoor pool was dirty. I am not sure if they even cleaned it. The breakfast is not good. I know many who went out to eat. The view from ocean view was excellent and off the boardwalk which is great to walk to everything but not have the noise.

Halls have odor. Room was ok. Grounds need to be cleaned. Swim diaper by pool for 2 days, McDonald’s garbage on stairs entering for 2 days. Would not recommend.
