Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise from two oceanfront balconies, and catch the colorful sunsets over the bay from a third deck, complete with a picnic table perfect for crabs! Ideal for a family of 4-6, this two-floor unit offers privacy for both parents and kids. The entire upstairs is dedicated to a spacious master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, large jacuzzi, and a private balcony with direct ocean views. The lower level features a second bedroom with two beds, perfect for kids or another couple. The unit also boasts an oceanfront living room and dining area, a kitchen with a bar, a full bath, a laundry room, and another oceanfront balcony. With access to an outdoor pool, deck, and children's pool, this unit will surely become a family favorite year after year. The condo includes 2 TVs, VCRs, and a DVD player. Parking is available for 2 cars, and a non-refundable registration fee is due upon arrival. Occupancy is 6. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided.
