Beautiful private home with amazing views of Snowbasin, Nordic Valley, and Pineview Reservoir. This 8 bedroom home is ideal for big families or multiple couples. A private outdoor hot tub, game room, and theater room make this a fun place to make memories.
The main living level includes a laundry room, an open kitchen/dining/living area with spacious cabinets, and a beautiful fireplace. The living room opens up to a large deck with a gas BBQ and incredible views. Two Master Suites are conveniently located on the main floor, with their own en-suite baths. The one master suite has its own 32 inch TV. A third bathroom is next to the study-which has a full-size Murphy bed. An attached three-car garage with storage opens to a convenient laundry area.
The Upper level includes three bedrooms; one bedroom offering two full sized beds with a twin bunk above, and two additional rooms each with a queen-size bed. Also on this level, there are two full bathrooms, a queen Murphy bed that folds out of the wall, a game table, and a media center with a 40 inch TV.
The lower level includes two bathrooms, an additonal laundry room, and three additional bedrooms. One offers two queens, one a queen bed, and the third has three twins. There is a second kitchen, dining table, pool table, table tennis, and a large theater room with recliners.
Trapper's Ridge is a planned community of single-family homes just 15 minutes from Powder Mountain Resort. Snowbasin and Nordic Valley Ski Resorts are within a 25-minute drive. Pineview Reservoir, about a 15-minute drive, offers a sandy shore and a great place to enjoy lake activities. The community features a pool & a year-round hot tub overlooking Pineview Lake, Clubhouse with a fitness center, ping pong, and club room for private functions (the community pool is generally open Memorial Day to Labor Day). HOA rules only allow 8 guests to use the facilities (including the pool) at a time. There is a tennis court/pickleball and basketball practice area. The neighborhood trail connects to Wolf Creek’s network, offering about a 4-mile loop. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available at the Clubhouse.
The garage fits 3 cars with an additional 3 in the driveway. Additional parking spaces are located nearby. Per HOA rules, absolutely no parking on the street is allowed at any time (RVs and boats must be parked in the garage, not in the driveway). Please review additional HOA rules at trappersridgehoa.com; all guests are required to abide by the HOA rules during their stay.

No weddings, parties, or similar gatherings are allowed to be held in our home or on the premises. 2) We are part of a wonderful community that includes good neighbors and full-time residents. Our community is governed by an HOA, and all HOA rules are provided via the link above and are provided again prior to your arrival. All guests are required to abide by these rules throughout their entire stay. These rules include customary "quiet hours" from 10:00PM to 8:00AM, and all guests must follow these rules. We are a very safe community, coupled with security cameras on the outside of the home.
