At check in we made sure to get a room close to the pool for the kids. Staff did not let us know the pool would be out of order the second day. There was a miscommunication from guest services where we thought they were giving us an additional night for the inconvenience but we ended up having to pay for it. The bathtub had a hole in it by the drain and ruined a bunch of our property. The staff was not cooperative or understanding of the many issues we had. We left a message for the manager to call us back and we're assured we would get a call the next morning. It's now noon and no call

The staff was friendly and helpful but they are understaffed. Our room was made up well but the blankets were obviously not washed from the prior guest and it took a while to get a fresh blanket. We did have very positive interactions with the staff that were working during our stay.

The rooms were very nice clean and relaxing the pool and hot tub was very warm and the bathroom in the pool area was very clean the staff was very nice and respectful

Ran out of food, worker said she couldn't make more. Ran out of orange juice. Cold hot tub, which the hot tub is the reason we picked this hotel. Jets didn't work on it either. Was told the heat was turned down on hot tub because of kids using it. Did not see any kids in pool area while we were there.

Nice hotel, clean and up to date. not the newest and not the oldest, still a really nice hotel. Friendly staff. Everything was clean. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Pool was nice but hot tub was a little cool. Great location and hotel for a family stay.

Rooms were very spacious, bed and pillows were comfortable, just needs some tlc. Wall paper peeling, major grime at the bottom of the showers, left dust bunnies and dirt behind the bathroom when it is open against the wall. Housekeeping must have been in a hurry. All in all those aren’t deal breakers. I WILL be staying there again!

When I checked in at 5:00 pm, I was told I was being upgraded to better room. I had no idea there are different types of rooms at Hampton Inn. The bed was comfortable, and my first impression was that was nicely decorated and recently renovated. That opinion changed when I looked at the condition of the shower. While it was also recently renovated, it was covered in orange mold and a tile near next to the shower was laying broken on the floor. I've never seen a dirtier shower at hotel than this one. I would hate to think about what condition a regular room is in.

I have called around 6pm and notified them about my late arrival. I gave tentative arrival time midnight and we showed up at midnight. There was nobody at the front desk for 40 minutes. The phone rang off the hook. My family and I were tired after 10-hr trip and grew frustrated. Finally, at 12:40AM short black woman came to front desk. She was rude and wouldn't hear any complains. She gave me arrogant sermon and room keys. I couldn't sleep till 3:00AM. We feel that customers are not appreciated at that hotel. We will not stay there any time soon.
