Lovely decor throughout. The staff was cheerfully professional. Flint, the restaurant, was as excellent as I had remembered it from my stay many years ago. The location is perfect for anyone attending an event at the Paycom Center.

All but two of the staff acted like we were a total inconvenience and kept repeatedly asking when we would be checking out starting the night we we got there. It was generally just weird and half the time there was a hostile vibe like they acted like we didn’t belong there and I tried to be optimistic and give the benefit of the doubt that it was just them having a bad day but it continued to the point where it kinda ruined part of our trip and I won’t be going back.

Staff was wonderful! Hotel decor was beautiful and room was very spacious!!!! Some construction in the area was a little unsightly but not the hotel’s fault of course. Botanical gardens right across the street.
