The area around the hotel isn't anything to write home about, but inside is perfect. Clean. Friendly. Incredibly comfortable. Breakfast is great.

The hotel was overbooked so they moved us to a hotel across the street without notifying me prior to arrival. When we got to the room, it was not clean. Soda pop had been spilled on the tile floor at the entry of the bathroom and had not been cleaned up. The floor was so sticky,we asked to move to a different room. The tub in the new room had the previous tenants hair all over it. I will never book a room at the hotel where we stayed again, and likely not use the Hotels.com site to reserve a room in the future.

Hotel was ok location was close to bricktown and walkable, but busy roads with no side walk for some of it. Room and hall to room smelled like mold.

The shuttle was a no show. At 830 AM the house keeper just walked in while we were laying there. No knock or anything. Water running down the inside of the window from the rain. We stay here a lot. Maybe it was just one of those nights. Nice place.

VERY RUDE staff. My husband is a night shift nurse and accidentally slept over time for check out. I arrived at 11:55 (less than an hour after check out time) and heard a staff member SCREAMING at someone from the elevator and threatening to call the authorities if they did not evacuate in 15 mins. It happened to be my husband who was clearly dazed from just waking up. I proceeded to ask the staff member to calm down as I assumed he asked for a late check out and I was screamed at as well. I managed to get my husbands things (besides his phone which was found and we got later) without authorities being called or the hateful woman coming to berate us again. We WILL NOT be back. This is how staff treats guests after a 3 NIGHT STAY. Horrible excuse for staff in the service industry.

Was disappointing wanted to sit in the hot tub because my husband and I are on our feet alot wanted to relax but front desk said it was closed for maintenance then we wanted to go swim and was told by the front desk at Country Inn and Suits that the pool was closed for the season the channels on the TV were not good at all not a very good selection of things to watch due to lack of channels Saturday night the hallway was very loud and sounded like people stomping the floor made it to where we couldn't sleep I choose hotels for the amenities and we couldn't do that was no notice of any of this on the website.
