Check in time was 4. We got there at 430 after a long day and just wanted to sit down and shower, she said the room wasn’t ready so we decided to eat. At 6 we were told it was ready but it wasn’t, so we had to wait another hour, we were dirty, tired and frustrated. When we said something we were told that everyone else was understanding about it

It looks like some aspects of the property have been updated. Overall the room was clean, although there was a slight scent of smoke. The room we had was on the 1st floor and had a patio, so it's possible somebody smoked outside and some of that came into the room. But otherwise it was a good room for the price. We had issues with our TV, but the front desk guy was quick to come down and help resolve the problem. It's a good base camp if you aren't needing anything fancy and/or right on the water.

Our room wasn’t the cleanest and the outside pool was very dirty. Our TV didn’t work at first but they did fix it when we brought it to their attention.
The bathroom door latch didn’t work so the door would not close all the way.
