Everything was good. Quiet, clean, good bed and pillows. Breakfast was good, but the forks and spoons were turned up in a cup so that you couldn’t grab one without touching the others where a person would put it in their mouths.

Everything was geat but no hot water in room 401. We had to turn on the tub and wait 20 to30 minites for the hat water to get to the top floor. It was a pain in the butt to just wash your hands.

I think you should add microwave popcorn or some type of popcorn to your snack bar by the front desk. The reason I marked comfort lower was because usually when I have stayed at a Hampton, I loved the bed and pillows and this was not as good. However, overall I was happy with the room and service and would stay there again.
