I was forced to pay 20 dollars for parking and and was not able to get a parking spot in the property. I was told on the phone that I could do early check in at 2 pm I arrived at 2:05 then was told by the agent that I had to wait until 3 pm to Check in.

Bed wasn't very comfortable, the shower handle was broken and the water valve was put in backwards so when I had it pointed to hot it was actually cold. Nowhere on the website did it say that parking was an additional $15 per day. We are still waiting for our $100 charge for any damage to the room to be refunded.

The room we had was very nice and spacious. Only complaints I have are there was previous people who stayed left behind clothes and they were not picked up when room was cleaned by house keeping. The AC also did not work, was very hot at night, and the unit made cracking noises all night
