Low budget hotel with NO frills. Lack of black out curtains was problematic. Remotes didn't work with TV (what is that BTW?) Some sketchy long term residents. Best price in area. Convenient locale byt i had car.

The hotel itself was dirty. The check-in office was disheveled and unclean. The room had a bleached rug. The bedsheets appear to be clean. The mattress actually was comfortable and the pillows were very comfortable, but I woke up to find a huge centipede, crawling down the wall over my head, followed by a huge moth flying around the room. I checked out after one night. I have to say they were nice enough to refund the balance of my stay.

This place was awesome, super clean, friendly staff best price around per night and only 4 min away from Cooperstown ASV. May not look the best on the outside but a great place to stay overall. Highly recommended.

I give this place a good review. It looked liked like dump when I booked it and it was a dump when I got there. I was not surprised, for good or bad. I agreed to a dumpy motel and they delivered. I traveled alone without wife and kids so I was happy to save some money. I would stay again.

Simple but clean room. Refrigerator was a nice plus. Good location if you are going to Cooperstown All Star Village. Good for one quick night on your way to your next location.

Pay extra and stay elsewhere

Room smelt like sewer. I had to buy air fresheners to survive the smell. Outdated rooms. Trash everywhere outside. Rooms across from us had a bunch of refrigerators outside and mattresses laying against the wall.

First, room smells, bed sheets have black insects crawling and hairs. Rat poops under AC. We didnt stay. Check out ASAP. I was told to call in thr morning to speaknto manager. Hopefully tobget refund. I know ibdidnt pay much, but at least clean the room and change bed sheets and pillow cases...

It wasn’t the best and they charged me 60$ more than the Expedia price. They refused to refund the difference as well. As me checking into a dirty room with hair all over in it.

The best thing about this property was the restaurant across the street! The woman at check-in was super friendly, attentive, knew about the area. She was excellent. Room and property need a complete update!!! Outrageous to pay almost $200 for such lack of quality. I imagine price was high due to graduations in area.

Last minute reservation

The air conditioner was old and made a lot of noise but still worked. The blanket and sheets had stains but were clean but still bothered me. The pillows were flat but luckily, I brought my own. We only stayed for one night so we could see my daughter graduate from college. The beds were comfortable and worked for the night. For the price it wasn't bad.
