Bad shower

The staff was nice, the room is fine, but there is zero water pressure in the shower and the seal at the bottom of the door was gone so water came out onto the floor.

Not the best time.

I was staying at this hotel for a week. The photos of the hotel must be old because it was not as nice as portrayed. The hotel was fairly clean; however, the rooms had only wall-mounted A/C units and were unable to cool the room adequately, eventually stopping cooling altogether. The in-room refrigerator stopped working, and I lost all my groceries. When I complained to the front desk, they simply apologized with no compensation for my groceries or offer of another room. The room appeared clean, but can't be positive it was since Skittles were found on the floor of the closet. I had no choice for other arrangements since it was already paid for with no refund.

A trusted place to pause for the night during our frequent road trips between Washington and Utah. We laughed to realize the coincidence, but it honestly says a lot that my parents also discovered this place independently of us and love it so much they they always stay here when they travel between their home in Portland and Utah.

I look for two main things in my hotel. A comfortable bed and a good shower. The shower in our room had a very small amount of water, making it difficult to get the soap out of my hair or off my skin.

The fart fan in the bathroom did not work. The front desk gave complete attitude when I asked if I could upgrade my room. the eggs for breakfast were GROSS, more options needed for breakfast especially for what you pay for the room. The jacuzzi was dirty. Tea and coffee should be supplied in the room. The vending machines didn't work half the time

Clean, nice , quiet. Enjoyed the real Hot Tub likely 104 degrees. Unusual to find! Breakfast was good, but no Bagels and Cream Cheese. Will put it on our list for next trip!

Do not let them give you the room on the first floor next to the swimming pool. The pool exhaust fan vent is right outside the window of this room. Sleeping in this room is impossible. The staff moved us to another room and we were extremely pleased with the remainder of our three day stay.
