The pool and other amenities for kids was great and obviously all the money went to those areas. Room was so run down and dirty I had to change rooms, which was only slightly better. Tub so dirty we had no choice but to shower with pool sandals on. I would not stay here again.

No security, avoid the pool area.

RUINED MY WEEKEND. No security in the pool/spa area. Kids jumping off rocks into the pool as well as when I was soaking in the whirlpool, a bunch of kids jumped in splashing water into my eyes and now I have an eye infection my optometrist confirmed was from the spa water. When I left the spa area there were 14 people in the spa when the max capacity is 8.

Unfortunately will not rebook..and ive stayed her multiple times last 5/6 years.. just kept going downhill...from issues with check in - dependimg on the employee who checked us in..., no stopper.for the tub, tv issues and on latest trip mutliple little "bugs" innroom.. beetles and small roach...when calling lobby..just tols no runnera to assist with issues etc..also the fact that every Ice machine..on 10 floors didnt work..was told if i wanted ice i could drive over to main lobbt and get some from the lobby bar...anyway..id say i got what inpaid for...but even for 78.00/night I should have had better
