We spent the entire weekend with no heat and cold. When I requested for our room to be checked by maintenance the rep Janice at the front desk advised she would send maintenance to fix it. After 12 hrs of bringing my concerns up I was advised my request was unfulfilled and no one had serviced our room nor did the rep ever make a note about our heat. I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager who approached us- Kimberly Sessino. She was very dismissive of my concerns about having no unit with working heat and stated this is Florida and no room has working heat. I advised I had a medical condition and the coldness could cause health issues and she did not seem to care. When I asked if they had portable heaters she said the resort only had one unit and it was already given to an elderly woman who needed it more. I found it hard to believe there was no additional rooms we could be moved to or space heaters we could use. She even went as far as blaming her staff of lying to me about fixing the heater and said they should have known when I complained to tell me there was nothing they could do and offer me blankets. Had I known this I would have not stayed at the resort when I checked in. Additionally we were woken up at 7:15am by the sounds of landscaping and what sounded like an electric saw. The noise continued until 10am. Multiple times I tempted to call the front desk and no one ever answered the phone. Overall horrible stay. Would not stay again!

Staff was really kind and helpful. Room service was quick and efficient. Everything was lovely and clean from the lobby to the room. TV only had a few channels so not much to watch unfortunately, but it was fine as we were barely in the room. The hold wasn’t much either and I was told it would be back in my account end of day after check out and if not I can call them for further assistance. Overall it was a good experience. I would stay again.

I was very disappointed because this is my third time staying at this hotel and to get my room cleaned or bed made it was an extra charge… on top of that every time I went in the tub to take a shower it felt like I was walking on a waterbed. Paint peeling off the walls, rusty shower drains, privacy curtains not working. Repairs must be done to the hotel as it seems it hasn’t been done in years.

The rooms were old, i had a handicap and it really wasn't. There were mo luggage carts. The phones didn't work, one of the tables wabbled from loose nails holding table together. The property staff was friendly but seems like they are under staffed. Will never stay here again, horrible resort!!!

Staff was kind but the process was very slow. There was only two agents on staff at a pretty busy time. We waited in a very long line both times we had to speak with the front desk. Second time there were 6 families in line and only one person was on staff. The room was very outdated and did not look like the photos online. It served its purpose which was a roof over our head for one night in Orlando but the room left a lot to be desired. We stayed in the tower. The premises were not kept up. Trash was running over, elevator was dirty and it reminded me of an outdated dorm room for upperclassmen with the tiled walls and outdated courtyard. Inside the room there were outdated fixtures, rust everywhere that I could see and water spots in the ceiling. I don’t know if the beds were comfortable or if I was just extremely tired but I did get a decent nights rest. I could hear kids running above me so the walls were fairly thin. The heat worked well. Orlando had a freeze warning last night so that’s great because the covers on the bed did not include any sort of additional layer aside from two sheets that sandwiched this other thin sheet. Not sure if that’s custom for Florida because of its warm climate but you all should consider something thicker in the winter months. Sleeping without any sort of comforter is strange. Definitely gave more of a motel feel versus hotel. If that is what you are into this is the place for you!
