Internet spotty at times. Room reasonably clean. No blankets provided. View of lake and Disney properties is great. Balcony furniture is outdated. Laundry machine good. Floor tiles broken. Living room area is comfortable. Short walk to many amenities. Short drive to parks, restaurants.

Fantastic location and very nice amenities. We loved that the pool and hot tub were open till 11pm! You can go relax after long days in the parks! Check in was quick and easy, as was finding our way there and around. Beautiful view. The apartment has just about everything we needed. It was very clean. The furnishings/appliances are a bit old and cosmetically imperfect, but they are comfy and still function fine. Don't leave any food unsealed on the counter though; we had some bread in a takeout box, and in the morning there were a bunch of ants in it! Didn't expect that on the tenth floor! Oh and my kids thought the bunk beds in the hallway were weird, but hey, they were beds.

The hot tub wasn't working one night. The master bathroom has so.e water damage and mold by the tub, which needs to be fixed. Otherwise, good place to dtay near Disney.

Although we have enjoyed staying at the Blue Heron Resort for many years. (This most recent stay would be our 11th), unfortunately the unit that we were in this stay had some issues. The Vacasa rep was very responsive to our concerns and showed up in person to assist which was appreciated. They did offer some alternative options within the property, but we decided to check-out early and move to a new location since it was our 25th Anniversary trip. Even though, this unit did not meet our expectations, we have had 10 previous years where we absolutely enjoyed staying at the Blue Heron so we assume this was just a one-off fluke.

The stay was great. The only issue is that the front desk did not have our reservation when we got there. They had to call the booking agent, who gave them the wrong dates, which caused another delay at check out.

This place is very dirty. Cobwebs and dust on everything. A dirty towel on the floor right when we walk in. Another dirty towel laying on a bed. Dirty sheets just balled up in the closet. A glass pane with 90degree corners was on a shelf in the closet and hanging off the shelf about 5 inches where you would use the hangers to hang clothes. Right at head level. Almost had to go to the hospital because my head hit it. Handle broken off to a bedroom. Faux drawers or cabinet doors fell off in the kitchen. Night stands with the draw bottoms falling off or barely on so those are unusable. They don’t spray for spiders and after I counted over 50 as soon as the sun went down I ran in and locked the doors and that was just one balcony. They have two and each is just as bad. Even the ones by the elevators. These are huge spiders. Not little ones at all. The pool was digusting . Trash in it and people weave allover. And the worst part is a maintenance worker sprayed me and my brother and my car with some kind of chemical. I still don’t know what it was but it was burning my skin. We had to wipe down the car and get a car wash and both take showers right away. The man didn’t speak English to tell me what chemical it was. I have pictures for all this but this review didn’t ask for photos. Also the hotel did nothing at all to accommodate things that were wrong. There was many more things but these were the top complaints.

The condo that we stayed in was clean but had NO cookware. Unit had two pots and no frying pan. We’ve stayed there several times before but this was first time we encountered not having cookware. Also didn’t have any towels for the pool.
