The best thing I liked was the staff. Very friendly and helpful. I'm not sure her name but the lady at the breakfast room who was walking around cleaning the tables was very friendly and stopped to talked with us. You should be thankful for employees like her.

Everything was amazing. The room was always spotlessly cleaned and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Loved the partnership with Caribe Royal next door where guests had access to use the hotel amenities like the swimming pool. The gym is however very small, and sometimes the room had a musky smell to it. Other than that, everything else was great!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was a wide variety of food, the pool was not crowded, parking was easy, and the staff were friendly. It was also very convenient to the airport and major convention halls. I could see fireworks from a theme park from my window each night!

Hotel is very close to theme parks and provides transportation to the parks. I don't know if there is a fee for transportation, we had a rental car. CVS and Urgent Care are right across the street. If you forget something from home, Walmart is very close too. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast buffet. It was the same thing every day: scrambled eggs, oatmeal, potatos, bananas, oranges, one day sausage links, and next day sausage patties. We were there 9 days. It was exactly the same breakfast every day. Some days I only ate oatmeal; same breakfast every day was not appetizing. I asked several employees why it was the same breakfast every day, they all said many visitors had complained about it too. One employee said that previous owner/ management provided better breakfast. Another employee stated they have informed management about the breakfast complaints and they don't want to change the menu.

Clean, staff very friendly. Breakfast is basic but accomplishes what it’s supposed to do. The pizza place was good but they do not have an onsite restaurant but you have access to the hotel next door that has like 3. I ate at the pool bar and the food is very good.

The property is beautiful...the staff was very nice, the lobby offers refreshing cucumber and pineapple water (limited time)... the breakfast was okay (hot buffett menu didn't change)... The room/suites were roomy, nice and comfortable... the beds/mattress wasn't very comfortable for me... the toilet was low... I wish there were more variety with hot items on breakfast buffet. Overall, I think you will truly enjoy your stay here, I did.
