We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, the exterior and interior look quite nice. However, we did find that some of the room’s facilities are a bit outdated and could use a bit of updating. That was a minor issue for us. On the bright side, the cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also quite decent.

Very nice & clean! Very friendly & helpful staff! I appreciated that they knew my name when I called the property before our stay. Also appreciated the man that welcomed us each morning to breakfast & called my granddaughter princess. That meant alot! Also friendly staff at breakfast that greeted us each morning. Really appreciated the free bus transport- very friendly, comfortable ride & prompt! Overall our stay was amazing! The only negative was coffee that tasted a burnt at breakfast.

Staff was great. Breakfast included was a must for me so it was the extra that made me decide to stay in this hotel. Clean room, no doubt. Size of the room also a good thing. The shuttle service was also a plus.Didn’t give it a 5. - star rating because if two things: thermostat was not working properly. The room was freezing and the heater didn’t work. I turn it off and still was cold. My stay was shirt so I didn’t bother the staff about. I’ve had that same problem in another hotel I stayed and it took too long to get it fixed. They should check that out before letting people stay in that room. Also, the pillows; Not the best quality. Too hard and not comfortable at all. My 4 - star rating was generous because of the price, location and all of the above. Room 737: stay from 11/20 - 11/24.

The room was clean surprisingly was huge , staff was friendly the breakfast was the best from all other hotels that I have been . The staffs in the cafeteria were exceptionally friendly and keep the place spotless . Only thing I have to complain was the room I was staying was noisy think is from the vent. That kept me up at night .
