Although the ice machine was out of order on our floor, this was a really nice hotel. Mauricio the bartender was FANTASTIC. He was very personable and gave amazing service. This is actually the 2nd time we stayed here. I would definitely recommend.

I reserved a tower room weeks in advance and when I checked in the front desk gave me a regular room. The lady was extremely rude and told me to call orbitz since I paid orbitz. When orbitz called the hotel the lady would not authorize a refund for the difference in room prices. The room was run down, musty, mirror coating was peeling off in the bathroom and the room had a weird high pitched humming noise in the wall that sounded like faulty electrical wiring. My daughter couldn't even sleep between the high pitched noise, sound from the ice machine in the room next to us and the gap under the door allows all outside hallway noise to come in.

This property definitely stands out with its unique castle-inspired design — it’s a fun touch that gives it some character. Overall, the hotel isn’t bad, but it leaves quite a bit to be desired. For the price, I expected a little more: only one elevator was working during my stay, and the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The beds had stains and were uncomfortable, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the shower was really nice. I’d give this place a solid C overall.

Room service lacked attention to detail which was shocking. Also, housekeeping staff member was rude. I asked for a late check out, i stood atcthe front desk as the agent got on the radio to advise housekeeping of my request and 10 minutes later, they were at me door knocking. Despite my telling them i have a late check, he would not leave the door. It was uncomfortable and embarrasing.

I really like this hotel. I have booked here twice. The location is great for nearby restaurants and attractions on the strip. My only issue was with the checkout. Checkout is at 11 and housekeeping knocked on my door twice before 10. Then around 10:30/10:45 they sent a different guy up to knock again.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. I had a really wonderful time. The bartenders David and Luis were fantastic! They made the vacation! Love the castle theme and the little nook in the tower room. Unfortunately, the hot tub stopped working the second night and wasn't fixed by the time we left. Requested a late check out, was told it eas added to my account, but it wasn't. The guy who knocked on my room dooflr was very rude, almost hostile. He needs to go! The pool attendant that was telling everyone to leave at 10:00pm was aggressive and rude. He needs to go, too. Other than those 2 jerks, the stay was great!

Had an amazing time there, love the castle look, love the room interior, love the pool. Everything was so cute! Staff is super friendly, they put me in a wrong room at first but was able to fix it for me fast. Very close to Universal and Disney. I would definitely come back next time!

Staff was amazing and so kind- we got in super late for our first night and the front desk staff were swift and efficient getting us to our room. Insanely comfy bed, spacious room! Breakfast was delicious and we were only a quick (and cheap!) uber to universal. Hung out at the pool and pool bar the next day and were able to get a late check out! Such a wonderful place with great staff- I can’t wait to come back!

Overall, I had a great at the hotel which is not my first visiting this hotel. Actually it is my go to when visiting Orlando, but parking fees are ridiculous $35 a night was too much.
