Staff was not friendly. Key card would not work at room or pool. Had to visit front desk 4 times in one night as I was locked out of the pool area and room. No towels for pool. Asked for conditioner but was brought shampoo. Man did not speak English so could not communicate to get right product. He put up two shampoos instead. No housekeeping done. Breakfast area had dirty tables and restocking was not done timely. Will not be staying at this location again.

We didn’t have a good experience. I was with my daughter and her two friends. The desk clerk gave us a room and the key didn’t work. We went back and forth several times until she finally came up. When she knocked on the door and man yelled from the other side. She sold us an occupied room. The girls were scared to stay there. She did give us another room and the key didn’t work again. She eventually came up and let us in. An hour later we were in our room not trusting this lady would sell our room to someone else. Definitely would not recommend.

The hotel was very nice, affordable, helpful, convenient, and efficient. It was a pleasure staying there. The only negative thing was my family did with that the pool was open later than 8pm on a friday.

Staff so ride, airport shuttle never showed after 1 hr wait. They then stopped shuttling because it was 1am. We were ready with our luggage at 11:30pm. Everytime I called front desk to check on shuttle, man was very rude, unapologetic, would hang up without warning.

This property is very deceiving from the pictures posted. Don’t be fooled like we were. This property is old and dirty. Dirty halls, broken floor boards. Old damaged signage. Low low low lighting, maybe hoping you won’t notice all the damage to walls, elevator that shakes going up and whines coming down, stained carpets, dirt built up in corners. Front desk staff were frustrated and rude with large groups checking in. After that I noticed they looked away from anyone trying to approach the desk. Very disappointed as we booked 4 rooms that weren’t worth the $868.00 we paid. I will not book at ANY “Choice” property again. They do not represent they clean standards they claim to have.

Nice overnight stay

Wonderful bilingual staff, switched our room to allow us to have working outlets at the bedside. Older property had non-working outlets and usb outlets in two different rooms. Busy budget hotel, many guests here for the cruise lines. The staff kept up with the extremely busy breakfast to keep food and coffee full. Very conscientious kitchen staff. More tables and seating options are needed, maybe extending the area into the lobby.
