The front staff was incredibly rude. The room, bathrooms, and elevators were filthy. Need a shuttle? Don’t count on these fools. Check in says 3 but that’s surely not going to happen. These people are the absolute worst.

The property itself is nice & clean. The airport shuttle bus however, stops running at 9 pm, and it cost almost $20 for a taxi. Part of the reason i chose this hotel was the airport shuttle.. the front desk staff was not rude, but not welcoming at all. At around 5-5:30 am, it sounded like a jet was takng off from the parking lot. We were on 6th floor, and facing airport. Thllfront desk

It was clean and well accommodated! Staff upon arrival was kind, friendly and patient. We had a fiat level room, that was ADA friendly. It wasn’t needed, but not a problem. The only issue we had was that the inner curtain wouldn’t close completely, so had to “rig it” closed so that the outside couldn’t see in. There was an airplane that alarmed me out of sleep, but that’s to be expected since this was an “airport hotel”.

At no point was it made clear that I would need to call to schedule the shuttle. After that, I took an Uber, and when you enter the name of the hotel, it takes you to another address quite far away, where I had to pay additional costs and deal with a lot of discomfort with the driver and my daughter who was with me. A terrible experience for me and my daughter.
