Although first impression was very favorable...our room (107) had a few issues. Bathtub did not drain and several times we had to lift back top of toilet to reconnect the chain to get it to flush. We did mention both issues when we checked out so hopefully things got fixed before new guests arrived.

The room was spotless and team was courteous. I would definitely stay here again. The restaurant that’s called the Landing. The chicken wings was on pork 10 out of 10. The fries was the bomb. I love them. This place is great.

Clean and convenient location. The free shuttle service is a big plus! The shuttle drivers were helpful both to and from the airport. Room cleaning service did a great job. Overall it would have been excellent except for Maria, the front desk supervisor who was not very helpful and had a rude stance. One person could really ruin one’s stay. Sorry, I had to say it. She could benefit from additional customer service training. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars instead of 4.
