Honestly the overall was fine. But when I was experiencing temperature control issues I was miserable. It was freezing cold in my room. I tried adjusting the thermostat throughout the night with no avail. Tried calling the front desk a few times but did not reach someone until after 6 am and then it was still a couple hours before anyone came abd discovered a stuck valve. Then it got miserably ho. Ya’ll did move my room but by then I was past exhaustion. You also did give refund but that didn’t give me the rest I needed

Transportation was great. The shuttle picked you up from the airport and would take to the shopping center and back. However, the shopping center is in walking distance as well. The bed is so comfortable. The cookies they provide are so delicious. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was wonderful and very welcoming. The little 24/7 convenience store is really handy when you arrive late. The place is overall clean. Just a little outdated and the hallway towards our room smelled really bad and old. The room was nicely upgraded. I would stay here again.
