The staff was friendly and very visible. Great location near restaurants, and convenient to highway. Unfortunately the property is very "used" and despite it's location, it is not family friendly. It is not a resort, more of a short-term visit. The pool is VERY small for a large hotel. No area with billiards or table tennis, really nothing for families to do when its time to relax. Guest appreciation is from 5:30-7:30, and there is one bartender. The two nights we were there, a line had formed 20 people deep. A female manager observed, but did nothing to step in and help. "Snacks" were crudite, and a mixture of peanuts, goldfish, and raisins. Another night was a corn, tomato, black bean running "salsa". It's safe to say we didn't feel too appreciated!

I wouldn’t cancel this hotel out

Front desk staff was friendly and check in was super quick. House keeping was great, she checked in to see if we needed replenishment or if she needed to take anything for us. The only two down sides was the room smelt stuffy and our toilet constantly ran unless we shook the handle

I will return!!

Checking in was fantastic. Despite being full I was assisted to find a room closer to the elevator. Happy Hour Bartenders were excellent. Fast friendly and efficient! Breakfast had tons of perfectly cooked bacon!! So yummy!! So delicious!!
