There are TVs in every room including the giant 65 inch in the enhanced Star Wars themed game room. Tile throughout means you will experience a clean and low allergen environment. The wide entry and no stairs throughout make the property wheelchair accessible to enter and exit. The pool at this home offers privacy with its hedge on both sides of the house and an underwater light for night swimming! It also has an assortment of pool toys including a basketball hoop.

Pros: this property was close to Disney and was very convenient to the parks, the grocery store, Starbucks, etc. which made our trip so much easier. My kids loved the pool and we loved having all of the extra space. My kids also loved the game room.Cons: The property was a bit dated and dirty. It looks like housekeeping is not doing a stellar job. The lamps were all very dusty and the A/C exchange was very dirty. The pool doors don't latch well so the pool alarm would go off regularly unless you locked all 3 locks. The A/C was also scheduled to 75 degrees which is quite warm and would reset late at night so if you lowered the temperature before bed, it would reset to 75 during the night. The binder of instructions requested us to set the temperature to 80-85 degrees if using the pool doors regularly but that seems extreme and maybe the A/C just needs replacing. The home would have gotten 5 stars with some of these upgrades.

Property is just like the pictures shown. Everything is in the house to make your stay easy. Pool is great - the basketball goal was a big hit for my boys. Excellent communication. We had an issue to come up and the communication was immediate. The issue was corrected within 3 hours. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

wonderful place

This vrbo was true to it's listing. Decorated with Disney theme furnishings. Very clean and comfortable . The grandkids loved the pool at the house AND the bigger one at the resort. Appeared to be centrally located, easy to get to stores, restaurants and attractions. I think it was very well priced also.

We liked the location, nice having a washer & dryer. But the toilet paper?? I had 3 teenagers and 3 adults and only 1/2 a roll left in both bathroom. I didn’t quite get the jest of the garbage, but with that many people it would be nice to have 1 garbage bag, left per day of occupancy instead of just one extra bag. I see you did have this noted in your welcome letter, but I would have paid a little extra just to have the essentials available. Other than that it was a great time, beds were comfy and the pool was great!

Great home!

The property was as stated. Very clean and comfortable beds. The kids absolutely loved the pool! Plenty of pool toys and towels were available also. The kitchen had ample supply of utensils, pots and pans, plates, and bowls. Centrally located. Everything we went to was 15 minutes or less away. Great property! Will definitely rent again!

This house was perfect for our stay

My husband and I, my daughter and son in law, and three grandkids stayed ten days. This house was perfect for us. There were some minor issues but they were quickly resolved by the host/property manager. The kids loved the pool. It was warm enough because of the hot weather so it was not necessary to get it heated.

A longer stay sometimes uncovers issues short term renters don’t care about.

This rental property is everything that is advertised however, there were a few hiccups from the start. This review is not a laundry list of problems but rather an observation over the 11 week rental period. The house physically is located in a gated community with all the amenities and close to Disney. First impression was that the home required a deep cleaning and a fair amount of paint touch up as previous renters showed little regard for other peoples property. The ensuite bathroom requires upgrading for the obvious reasons when moisture is present. The very well stocked kitchen needs updating as it appears original and the dishwasher although functional is quite noisy. Pollen was caked on the sides of the pool and the water level was just 1/4” above the skimmer when we arrived. Pool maintenance was required to fix an air leak and change the dirty pool filter. Sugar ants were a kitchen issue but timely pest control (3x) action finally solved the problem. The owner was quick in response to needs and issues were solved with expediency. A suggestion would be that a more hands on approach by the Property Manager in overseeing overall condition and routine maintenance. Closer attention to current and potential issues should be communicated to the owners quickly, in order that these issues can be solved in advance so a customer doesn’t waste valuable vacation time bringing the home into a livable state. A quick partial refund from the owner was appreciated. 6/10

Still a gem but needs updating

We have stayed at this location multiple times and have always been very pleased with the cleanliness of the property, the responsiveness of the host, and amenities that the property has to offer. However, this year, there were several unresolved issues due to wear-and-tear that impacted the enjoyment of our stay and could've been avoided, had the property been properly maintained. First, the dryer did not work the first day we arrived. The owner did order a new one and it arrived a few days later. The pool light did not work. This was a huge bummer because we very much enjoyed our night swims as a family. This was not fixed during our stay. Finally, several lightbulbs were burnt out throughout the house, which affected ambiance and, in the bathroom, girls' ability to get ready in the morning. Again, these are small things that are easily avoidable, and greatly impact the enjoyment of the stay. However, we will likely return next year, as the host has assured us that these minor issues will be resolved.

We spent Christmas here! The house was wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and the pool was an added bonus (we paid the extra to have it heated & enjoyed swimming in it every day)! The resort was very nice and the location of the property to Disney was fantastic! We had a great time and would highly recommend!

This house fit all our needs. Our grandsons absolutely loved the converted garage/playroom. The house was very clean and well maintained. There were just a couple of small repair items that the management needs to address, but I'm sure they will take care of that now that they are aware. I would stay there again. .
