Great Value Stay vs a Very Nice Stay

We don't travel often and 1st time to Orlando in 25 yrs. for a quick get away from the cold north. All we wanted was a nice pool. This was a great value stay vs a very nice stay. If that is what you are looking for this your place; clean, friendly and affordable. If I were to book again I would spend a little more for a newer hotel. But I have no complaints with our stay.

AMAZING

THIS PLACE IS SPACIOUS. THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE. THE MAINTENANCE GUYS ARE VERY HELPFUL. THE 2 BEDROOM APT WAS CLEAN AND FULLY FURNISHED WITH SOAPS/DISHES/HAIR DRYER + EVEN SOAP FOR THE LAUNDRY. I LOVED THE JET TUB IN THE MASTER BEDROOM. THE GROUNDS ARE WELL KEPT. THE POOLS ARE GEORGOUS BUT WERE NOT HEATED AS THEY HAD PROBLEMS WITH HEATER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE. THEY WERE CLOSE TO SEAWORLD + AQUATICA + PLENTY OF PLACES TO EAT + SHOP. NICE SIZE PARKING LOT, VERY WELL LIT UP TO WALK THE DOGS.

The staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests for a first floor room. We had an extra room that I wasn’t expecting from the description so that was great. The outside of the property, lobby and pool area is well landscaped and clean. Our unit was nicely laid out and having two bathrooms was great. The decor and unit itself was much more dated than expected and it was apparent there was water damage to the wood floor boards and molding around the unit. We were only there one night so we didn’t complain but have since called to let them know for future guests.

Property was nice. Some parts of the apartment were outdated, such as master bathroom. Guest bathroom shower was not draining nor the shower faucet valve closing all the way. Floors didnt seem to have been cleaned. Kitchen was nice and clean. All amemities were there to cook something very simple if needed. Furnitire was nice. Gym and pool were nice. Would stay again.

We called the day prior to get early check in and were told yes no problem. However when we arrived we were told nothing available. After much conversation a staff finally helped us and provided a room. There were mosquitos on our balcony we could not go on it.

Great stay. Felt safe and clean. This was our second hotel after leaving Holiday Inn Water Park due to it's bad condition. Floridays was helpful with a last minute booking and was even willing to let us leave early without penalty due to an emergency at home. Only negative comment is that the arcade needs some work (very dated). But our three year old still enjoyed it.

The room was a great size. It was a bit musty smelling. Toilet made running noise. I found it strange that for a 5 night stay our room never was cleaned and we had to ask for fresh towels.

I liked it was clean and close to what we wanted. Did not like we were in the last building. Farthest from entrance and that they stated Kuerig in room but there wasn’t and we had brought our own k cups
