Hi, good afternoon. I booked this hotel because the price was right for me and the picks i saw online looked great, so i was excited to stay at this hotel. However, on arriving to the property the person i met at the front desk was not very fluent in English. I told him i have a reservation which i had already prepaid. He took my ID, checked for my reservation and booked me in. He told me i will have to pay hotel fee and 100 deposit and so i proceeded to do so. When everything was done he gave me my room keys and told me that when i go to the room if i do not like it to come back to the front desk and they will try to address my concerns. When i open the door to the room it smell bad. There were no light switch by the door so i had to use my phone light to see to go in the room. I turn the light on in the bathroom and first thing i noticed the toilet was very dirty. It had multiple cracks around and inside it. The beds were made but the floor was dirty. It were late and i had to make a decision whether to check back out or stay the night in the mess. After 10 mins standing in the room i decided i could not stay in the hotel. I left the room and i went back to front desk and i told him i want to check back out. He ask if i needed a next room and i told him no. I was turned off from what i saw and i ckuld jot stay in the hotel again. He took the keys and he told me he will refund the 100 plus the hotel fee and in the morning he will have the maids check the room.

In general this hotel needs some mayor updates and better maintenance/cleaning. The furniture is old and rusty. The headboards are loose. In additional extermination would be highly, HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.
